What counts as a "location"?
A location is a single CMIT Solutions franchise or MSP office. Each location gets its own isolated tenant with separate credentials, agents, and workflow configurations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your 14-day free trial includes full Pro tier access. When it ends, you choose a plan or your workflows pause (no data is deleted). No credit card required to start.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. The platform runs entirely in the cloud. The only optional on-premise component is Ollama for local AI classification, which runs on any standard server or workstation.
